Saved my ski trip! Came to Revy with newish boots and by day two the liners were packed out enough that my heel wasn't staying down causing me a lot of pain. I'll need custom liners eventually, but they hooked me up with a stopgap measure that kept me down in my boot enough to enjoy the rest of the trip....
